Brow Lamination Aftercare

Your brows are freshly done, laying ever so neatly, tinted and trimmed to perfection, now what? How do you make sure your brows last as long as possible until your next Brow Lambo appointment?

1. Avoid getting the eyebrows wet for the first 24 to 48 hours after the treatment. This includes avoiding activities such as swimming, saunas, steam rooms, and excessive sweating.

2. Be gentle with your eyebrows. Avoid rubbing, scratching, or touching the treated area to prevent disrupting the newly shaped and set hairs.

3. Avoid applying makeup or skincare products directly on the eyebrows for the first 24 hours. This includes avoiding creams, serums, oils, and makeup removers in the brow area.

4. Keep the eyebrows clean and free from debris. Use a clean cotton pad or swab dipped in a gentle, non-alcoholic cleanser to gently cleanse the eyebrows each day. Pat dry with a clean towel or tissue.

5. Avoid using exfoliating products or harsh cleansers on the eyebrows as they can strip away the product and affect the longevity of the treatment.

6. Avoid excessive heat exposure, such as prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, tanning beds, or heat treatments, as this can weaken the brow lamination effect.

7. Refrain from using brow growth serums or any other eyebrow-enhancing products immediately after the treatment, as they may interfere with the desired shape and effect.

8. Avoid tweezing, waxing, or threading the eyebrows during the first few weeks after brow lamination. Allow the treated hairs to grow naturally and maintain their set position.

9. If you experience any itching or irritation in the brow area, refrain from scratching or rubbing the area. Instead, consult with your technician for appropriate recommendations.

10. Attend any recommended touch-up or maintenance appointments as advised by your technician to keep your brows in optimal shape and condition.

*Remember, proper aftercare plays a crucial role in the success of your brow lamination treatment. Following these guidelines will help maintain the desired shape, longevity, and overall appearance of your laminated eyebrows. If you have any concerns or questions during the healing process, it is always best to consult with your technician for guidance and advice.
